I would be very happy to stay here again.
Positive: A very nice tiny house indeed. It's a great location, a block or two from downtown Leadville. Quiet, comfortable, private.

Positive: Had an excellent stay here- I love that it’s pet friendly so I was able to bring my small dog with me. Very clean and great location, able to walk to everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Overall nice place to stay.
Positive: The cabin was a nice surprise. It was very clean. The bed and pillows were great. Staff was very friendly when I had questions. It was close to town.
Negative: Not a lot of parking, the shower head was not great. It was pricey for a motel. No front desk staff. Was farther from the where my group was camping than I expected.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Leadville, Colorado, look anywhere other than here.
Positive: Room was exceptionally clean and the room was very well stocked.
Negative: The parking is a joke. You park on a narrow gravel incline. See the attached photos for the “MOUNTAIN VIEW” from our 2 windows.
