6 Renovated Cozy Room Dog Friendly Motel Leadville

Positive: The room looked much nicer in reality than in the photo. It was really cozy and clean. The facilities were great, and we appreciated the coffee, tea, and water in the fridge. We were also really pleased with the little gift we recieved. I truly recommend visiting this hotel – the price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and the accommodation is very beautiful. Negative: We had room number 6, which is right next to housekeeping. In the morning around 7:30, we were woken up by the cleaning lady playing music on a speaker and starting the washing machines that early. She also came by several times during the morning and kept slamming the doors. That was the only thing that slightly spoiled the overall impression of our stay.

Great value, downtown Leadville Positive: Great shower/water pressure, clean bathroom. Plenty electrical outlets. Clean microwave and refrigerator in room. Negative: Floor could have been mopped as the bottom of socks/feet were dirty before getting into bed.

This was a great location for my purposes. I was in town working and just needed a clean, comfortable, affordable place for one evening. This place fit the bill perfectly. The owner was great to work with.
