Positive: Nice place near downtown Leadville with very soft beds. Kitchen access was great! I wish it was open a little longer. Negative: It is motel style so the door opens up to a pretty big road. I also didn’t like the signs in the room requesting a very high rating with a skewed scale. It was a nice place but i didn’t like the pressure

Cannot say enough bad about the beds. Negative: The beds are awful. Got a two bed room and one of the beds is completely broke down. These mattresses probably come out of a bag and are not proper for a motel. A crappy soft mattress on a piece of wood is one way to save money when creating your motel. Right on the highway. Tiny bathroom without much space. Semi- clean.

Love the room - kettle - snacks and coffee and waters! Great location Positive: Very cute great location Negative: There was no water (Leadville issue not the fault of the property) so we were grateful to have bottle waters ! There was a very loud neighbor that kept us up most of the night
