Positive: Convenient location to stay the night for hiking some nearby 14ers the next day. Can hear the noise from the street a bit, especially trying to go to bed early for a very early morning, but was expected given the location. Simple accommodations, what I needed for the night. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker available in the room. Everything seemed clean, bed was comfy.

Perfect place!
Positive: Well kept and clean place. Great price and wonderful amenities like the coffee press and tea kettle with a supply of each. Nice touch!
Negative: The beds were a bit low with no box springs. We are a bit older LOL. It was still very comfy, though!

Good location for a reasonable price.
Positive: we had a bit of a trouble originally to get the code since we were looking for an office. Once it was resolved, the rest was great, no issues. Full size fridge, loved the tea kettle with selection of teas.
