Positive: Everything was good except we had no hot water in the morning. Housekeeping did seemed concerned and made a note immediately. Negative: No hot water. Hopefully they fixed it before next guest

This was just the right place for us for our visit to Leadville. Positive: The cost and the simplicity from sign up to leaving.

Quaint remodeled motel, more like a bunkhouse with a shared kitchen. Very welcoming and clean. Good location on the edge of town. Easy walking distance to downtown without the noise of downtown.

I would recomend staying here. Nothing fancy, but well thought out. Positive: A code was provided before arrival. I entered the code and the door unlocked. Negative: The beds, while very comfortable, were very low to the floor.
